about
I bring 13 years of experience as a social worker at Women’s College Hospital, where I provided parenting support through the Women’s Mental Health program, alongside a private practice of many years.
I have supported parents through the many emotional, practical, and personal changes that can come with pregnancy, early parenthood, and family life.
I am also a parent of five children and a proud grandmother to eleven grandchildren. My family keeps me connected to the realities of parenting across different ages and stages — and to the questions, pressures, and new sources of information parents face today.
Support that is practical, compassionate, and free of judgment.
My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and more confident as you find the approach that works best for you and your family.
My hope is that when we work together it will feel like a conversation with someone who understands. A place where you’ll find practical guidance, reassurance, and support to help you feel more confident in your parenting — because you know your child better than anyone, and no amount of growing up will ever change how much they need to know they are loved.
